Over 20 years ago, while running Captain Kelly’s Water Ski School on Lake Tahoe, Kelly Dietz met Dan. At the time, Dan was upset with his property manager and frustrated by the lack of communication he received. Dan was in need of someone to take care of his Tahoe home, someone he could trust and rely on to ensure that it was not only well-maintained, but that it was generating revenue. As a young entrepreneur, Kelly was up for the challenge. Tahoe Luxury Properties was born. Each year, as word spread, more and more homeowners sought her out to manage their properties.
