WHO WE ARE
Amie is a licensed real estate broker, in both California and Nevada, with SERHANT. Amie’s significant real estate sales have earned her a spot as an esteemed agent in the Lake Tahoe area. Her exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals, and repeat business have formed the foundation of Amie’s career.
Originally only intending to stay for a year, Amie moved to Lake Tahoe in 2010 and started working at Sugar Bowl Ski Resort. Lake Tahoe has always held a special place in Amie’s heart; her parents got married at a local chapel in South Lake Tahoe, and immediately upon arrival, she realized Tahoe was home.
Born in San Francisco and brought up in the nearby coastal community of Pacifica, Amie’s love for adventure and the outdoors has always defined her. Growing up just a few miles from Silicon Valley, Amie has harnessed her Bay Area network to successfully market her listings. Amie views her job as an educational position— to ensure her clients, both buyers and sellers, understand Tahoe’s unique and dynamic market before being in a position to make an informed decision about buying or selling their home.
Philanthropy is close to Amie’s heart; if she isn’t in the office, you can most likely find her giving back to the community. Amie’s resume is chock-full of her volunteer efforts, including being an active board member for Sierra Community House, contributing writer for Inman Connect, speaking at real estate events all over the country, spearheading the ADU Pathway Program, hosting free seminars for financial literacy, and more.
Amie lives in Kings Beach with her husband, Steve, daughters, Alaska and Olive, and rescue dogs, Yoshi and Mowgli. Her love for the mountains and nature keeps her quite busy exploring. In her free time, Amie enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, camping, traveling, and sailing.

Yet the greatest inspiration came from her time as a member of her college’s “National Champion” Equestrian Team. It is through this specific experience where she learned to effectively work as a teammate and team leader; all of which she blends into her warm and winning spirit.
Kelly Gaudreau
Kelly Gaudreau truly enjoys getting to know her clients and building a relationship with them, whether they are purchasing their first home, selling their current home, searching for an investment property, or looking for a second home. She leverages out-of-the-box strategies to ensure that her clients are a step ahead of the others in the market so that her buyer clients get the best home at the best possible price or her seller clients receive 3-18% more than the neighborhood average for their home.
Now an agent with the Q Group, Kelly comes armed with a sincere desire to help people achieve their goals through real estate, past professional experiences that put her in the thick of business development and customer service, and a degree in Marketing that comes in handy as she works every outlet to effectively market her services as a real estate agent.
A native of Connecticut, where she received her first real estate license, Kelly settled in San Jose, CA in 2017 where she was presented with the opportunity to join the Real Estate Experts team, an offer she calls a no-brainer. Described as positive, trustworthy, thorough, and an achiever, Kelly enjoys creating strategies and plans that will help her clients achieve their dreams.
In her personal life, Kelly describes herself as someone who cannot sit still, and she enjoys staying active with activities like hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, country line dancing, and going to concerts.

Jovanah McKinney is a licensed real estate advisor in California and Nevada with SERHANT. Lake Tahoe, where she joined The Q Group, the founding team behind the launch of SERHANT. in Lake Tahoe. With over a decade of experience, 100+ homes sold, and more than $100M in career sales, she serves clients throughout Lake Tahoe’s luxury and resort markets.
Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and made in the mountains, Jovanah’s connection to Tahoe began while studying Marketing at the University of Nevada, Reno. After falling in love with the region’s mountain lifestyle and relocating to Incline Village with her husband Tyler, an Incline Village local, she built both her life and business around the community she now proudly serves.
Known for her elevated service, strategic marketing, and concierge level representation, Jovanah specializes in resort residences, luxury homes, investment properties, and lifestyle driven real estate throughout Lake Tahoe, Truckee, and Incline Village.

LIZA Muhl
Liza has been working in real estate for the past ten years and believes in providing exceptional client experiences. She transitioned to the real estate industry after a successful career of over 20 years in law office management in the San Francisco/Bay Area. After moving to Lake Tahoe, she joined a boutique real estate firm, quickly advanced to the role of listing manager, and now serves as the creative marketing coordinator for The Q Group. Liza holds a California real estate license.
A lifelong fitness enthusiast and endurance athlete, Liza enjoys the challenge of marathons and Lake Tahoe’s beautiful trail system. She actively supports individuals with their fitness goals and is a certified spin instructor. Liza and her husband, Richard, produced an award-winning women’s sports show in the 90s, bringing awareness and interest to women’s collegiate and professional sports, which received a Bay Area Cable Excellence Award. They enjoy family time, cycling, hiking, and beach excursions with their Spanish Water Dog, Gabi.
