Location: The Village at Palisades Tahoe is made up of 5 buildings all of which have commercial space on the ground floor and lodging above.
Home/Property Types: The five buildings have various layouts with studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts. All the units, with the exception of the handful of studios, have a gas fireplace and balcony.
HOA Fees: The fees vary depending on which building the unit is in and the size of the unit. Buildings 1-3 are part of the First Ascent Owners Association and buildings 4 & 5 are part of the Village 22 Station Association. All the buildings are also part of The Neighborhood Company HOA as well.
