Listings in Talmont, including Talmont Estates & Tahoe Parks Heights

At 800+ feet above Sunnyside and Tahoe City, the Talmont Estates and Tahoe Park Heights neighborhoods feel like they are above it all. Tahoe Park Heights homes are a mix of classic Tahoe cabins and brand-new homes with sweeping lake views. As the elevation rises above Tahoe Park Heights, you arrive in Talmont Estates which is a private neighborhood featuring stunning homes throughout and filtered lake views or peaceful forest panoramas.

These neighborhoods are unique because of their easy access to Paige Meadows. With wildflowers in the spring and fiery colors in the fall, the Paige Meadows trails are gorgeous and offer unparalleled access to hiking and biking. When the snow flies, you can snowshoe or cross-country ski through the meadows. These neighborhoods feel like they are away from it all, but also have quick access to shopping in Tahoe City, dinner at Sunnyside or a long day on the shores of Lake Tahoe. Some properties in Talmont Estates and Tahoe Park Heights come with access to the Lake Tahoe Park Association HOA, known locally as “Tahoe Park”, which offers beach access and lakeside amenities.
