Lake Tahoe Park HOA Membership Listings
Known locally as “Tahoe Park”, the Lake Tahoe Park Association is a non-mandatory Home Owner Association consisting of several neighborhoods spread across Lake Tahoe’s West Shore. Its closest notable neighbors are Sunnyside and the Fire Sign Café – two of the West Shore’s best spots for a meal. Memberships are available for lots/properties and allow for a one-time relinquishment of the membership.
This membership is perfect for those looking for beach access on the West Shore. Tahoe Park offers a large beach on the shores of Lake Tahoe with two deep water piers and a grassy lawn area. Enjoy Alpenglow sunset BBQs from a lakeside picnic table or make it a family day and make use of the playground, bocce ball courts and beach volleyball court. Have a boat? Take advantage of the Boat Buoys (enter the lottery to be the lucky winner of one of the 41 buoys available) and the two piers.
