Home/Property Types: The developer broke ground on the community in September of 1996 and it is made up of gorgeous single-family homes with styles ranging from mountain lodge style to mountain modern, all falling under the Lahontan Design Review guidelines. About 300 homes have been built so far.

HOA & Membership Fees: Quarterly Lahontan Home Owner Association fees are about $1200 per quarter. Lahontan Golf Equity Membership is required to golf. The membership is limited and is available for purchase on a space-available basis with the price being set by the retiring, existing member. The Lahontan Social Memberships are only available, subject to availability, to property owners. The annual fee is about $9,000 per year (plus a one-time $20,000+ initiation fee).
