Location: This gated community is located on the shores of Lake Tahoe 5 miles south of Tahoe City and 1 mile north of Homewood on Highway 89. The location offers easy access to West Shore dining and services in Homewood and Tahoe City.
Neighborhood Highlights: This lakefront luxury community is private and gated. It’s in close proximity to both Homewood and Tahoe City. Home/Property Types: With just 22 well-appointed properties, this is an exclusive luxury enclave. The properties are townhome-style units with just one shared wall. Each property has three-, four- or fivebedrooms and they all of have their own two-car garage and outdoor areas. The properties were built in three phases: 10 built in the 1980s, 10 built in the 1990s and the final 2 properties were built in the early 2000s.
HOA Fees: The fees are approximately $6,500 per month, plus special assessments for capital improvement projects. The fees include maintenance of the property infrastructure, onsite staff including a full time General Manager, grounds/landscaping team, security staff, and exterior maintenance of properties.
