In the summer, play golf on the 18-hole course, play tennis, use the fitness center or grab a bike and ride to Tahoe City. The resort and all of the rooms have air conditioning to beat the heat. HOA Fees: The HOA fees include all bills and upkeep for your unit. The fees range from about $1,300 to $2,600 per month depending on the size of the property.
