Everline Resort and Spa is a ski-in, ski-out resort with its own chairlift at Palisades Tahoe. In the summer, play golf on the 18-hole course, play tennis, use the fitness center or grab a bike and ride to Tahoe City. The resort and all of the rooms have air conditioning to beat the heat. Property Types: There are 405 “rooms” (238 units since the two- and three-bedroom units can be closed off and rented separately) at Everline made up of hotel room style units plus one-, two- and three-bedroom suites available as well. Most units feature a mini-kitchen, but some have a full kitchen. Owners get free valet parking and self-parking.
HOA Fees: The HOA fees include all bills and upkeep for your unit. The fees range from about $1,300 to $2,600 per month depending on the size of the property.
