Location: The Donner Pines West condo complex is located on the west end of Donner Lake across from the boat launch. Most of the units have great views of the lake. The HOA includes access to a private beach with a gazebo, BBQs and tables.

Home/Property Types: There are 35 units in the complex with two- and three-bedroom layouts and it was built in the early 1970s. Every unit has a deck and its own detached one car garage.

HOA Fees: HOA fees for Donner Pines West are about $1200 per month.
