This past quarter, in particular, was defined by repeat clients—many of whom we’ve had the privilege of working with since their first Tahoe investments in 2017. Because of that history, each transaction carries a deeper level of trust, understanding, and shared vision.

Celebrating Tahoe Clients on the Historic Thunderbird

Aboard the Thunderbird with Clients Who Make Our Work Meaningful

It’s been a celebration on the lake these past few weeks! As a heartfelt thank you to some of our past clients, we hosted a special day out on the historic Thunderbird, one of Tahoe’s most iconic wooden boats. This privately chartered experience (reserved for members only) included a scenic cruise and a lakeside BBQ to celebrate the friendships we’ve built through real estate. While space was limited this time, our hope is to make this an annual tradition, and eventually bring all of our amazing clients aboard.

The History of the Thunderbird

In 1940, George Whittell commissioned the Thunderbird to cruise Lake Tahoe in unmatched style. Crafted from mahogany and powered by twin V-12 engines, the boat mirrored the sleek lines of his personal aircraft. Inspired by aviation’s golden age, Whittell turned his vision into a legend that still slices through Tahoe’s blue waters today.
