This privately chartered experience (reserved for members only) included a scenic cruise and a lakeside BBQ to celebrate the friendships we’ve built through real estate. While space was limited this time, our hope is to make this an annual tradition, and eventually bring all of our amazing clients aboard.

The History of the Thunderbird

In 1940, George Whittell commissioned the Thunderbird to cruise Lake Tahoe in unmatched style. Crafted from mahogany and powered by twin V-12 engines, the boat mirrored the sleek lines of his personal aircraft. In Q1 2025, Incline Village saw 19 units sold — a significant drop from 30 in Q1 2024, yet the market’s luxury strength remains notable.
