WHO WE ARE
Amie is a licensed real estate broker, in both California and Nevada, with Chase International Real Estate. Amie’s significant real estate sales have earned her a spot as an esteemed agent in the Lake Tahoe area. Her exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals, and repeat business have formed the foundation of Amie’s career.
Originally only intending to stay for a year, Amie moved to Lake Tahoe in 2010 and started working at Sugar Bowl Ski Resort. Lake Tahoe has always held a special place in Amie’s heart; her parents got married at a local chapel in South Lake Tahoe, and immediately upon arrival, she realized Tahoe was home.
Born in San Francisco and brought up in the nearby coastal community of Pacifica, Amie’s love for adventure and the outdoors has always defined her. Growing up just a few miles from Silicon Valley, Amie has harnessed her Bay Area network to successfully market her listings. Amie views her job as an educational position— to ensure her clients, both buyers and sellers, understand Tahoe’s unique and dynamic market before being in a position to make an informed decision about buying or selling their home.
Philanthropy is close to Amie’s heart; if she isn’t in the office, you can most likely find her giving back to the community. Amie’s resume is chock-full of her volunteer efforts, including being an active board member for Sierra Community House, contributing writer for Inman Connect, speaking at real estate events all over the country, spearheading the ADU Pathway Program, hosting free seminars for financial literacy, and more.
Amie lives in Kings Beach with her husband, Steve, daughters, Alaska and Olive, and rescue dogs, Yoshi and Mowgli. Her love for the mountains and nature keeps her quite busy exploring. In her free time, Amie enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, camping, traveling, and sailing.
LIZA Muhl
Liza has been working in real estate for the past ten years and believes in providing exceptional client experiences. She transitioned to the real estate industry after a successful career of over 20 years in law office management in the San Francisco/Bay Area. After moving to Lake Tahoe, she joined a boutique real estate firm, quickly advanced to the role of listing manager, and now serves as the creative marketing coordinator for The Q Group. Liza holds a California real estate license.
A lifelong fitness enthusiast and endurance athlete, Liza enjoys the challenge of marathons and Lake Tahoe’s beautiful trail system. She actively supports individuals with their fitness goals and is a certified spin instructor. Liza and her husband, Richard, produced an award-winning women’s sports show in the 90s, bringing awareness and interest to women’s collegiate and professional sports, which received a Bay Area Cable Excellence Award. They enjoy family time, cycling, hiking, and beach excursions with their Spanish Water Dog, Gabi.

Yet the greatest inspiration came from her time as a member of her college’s “National Champion” Equestrian Team. It is through this specific experience where she learned to effectively work as a teammate and team leader; all of which she blends into her warm and winning spirit through Chase International’s Tahoe City, Truckee, Incline Village and Reno offices.
